My Mom always says sometimes life is not fair. I saw a card being signed by everyone today. Our sweet little Sophie Harvey passed away Monday night. She was always such a happy girl. We are losing too many friends.

When I first saw Elvis I wasn't sure he was a breed I recognized. I had never seen a black Brussels Griffon. I was quickly corrected by my dog snob of a mother and informed he was an Affenpinscher. I will miss my friend. We have spent the last 4 1/2 years on the third Saturday of the month talking with each other. Until we meet again. Elvis has left the building.

Maisy was one of my friends who came to visit me every week. She was a favorite of everyone who works for me. They all would go on about how she was the sweetest cocker ever but I think she had the sweetest eyes. I would just melt in them when she looked up at me. No one ever knew about our special relationship. My heart weeps.
